Leghorn Exchange

An NFT-backed marketplace for fractional real-estate ownership. Each property/cluster is minted as an ERC-721, backed by a fungible, ERC-3643-flavored "share" token representing fractional ownership, and traded against ETH through a per-property constant-product AMM. A Next.js 13 (Pages Router) + TypeScript frontend drives property creation, KYC administration, and trading/liquidity.
